BEES SASU operates the HullSentry website and is responsible for the personal data described here. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to [email protected].

The website has no local customer database or local email storage. Waitlist submissions are sent directly to Brevo, which processes the information you submit for BEES SASU according to the configured account and its data-processing terms.

Joining the waitlist is optional and is based on the consent expressed when you submit the form. An email address is required because updates cannot be sent without it; the boat, needs, and target-price fields are optional. Waitlist details are kept until you unsubscribe, ask for deletion, or the waitlist communications end, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. Each marketing email must provide an unsubscribe option. Do not submit payment details or sensitive vessel, financial, or safety-critical information through the form.

Cloudflare Pages hosts the site, Cloudflare Turnstile processes routine technical and security signals to protect the form from automated abuse, and Brevo processes waitlist submissions. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of waitlist consent by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully performed before it. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL at cnil.fr.
